I’m glad you’ve accessed my intranet but at present I am undergoing some major work that, once complete, will offer increased functionality and will run on a scalable and more robust platform. So in layman terms, I will look brighter, run faster and last longer…hmmm, gets me thinking about Albert!

This work is taking place over the August Bank Holiday weekend so I am hoping that this will reduce the impact of the outage. I expect that we will be up and running again from 1pm on Thursday 1st September as long as everything goes well. This huge upgrade will also mean that Albert’s App launches phase 2 and the biggest change here will be that our eLearning will be available on the App and tablets too. Also launching will be The #Gr8serve Room within my intranet, this area will hold videos, tools and help on all things service which will be a superb portal to help you with service training.

I hope that this down time doesn’t cause you too many issues but if you have any particular issues then please contact your Training Manager for your Division.
